The arrival of Covid-19 has changed how we handle seasonal illnesses. If you are feeling unwell please reschedule your appointment with me. I want to help protect you and the community from flu, colds and Covid strains.
I follow CDC and DOH guidelines, which includes taking the below precautions:
- While wearing masks has relaxed please let me know if you would like me to wear a mask. I am happy to do so.
- Extra time has been included between sessions for thorough cleaning
- If you or someone you know has any symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, coughing, shortness of breath, etc.) we will need to reschedule your appointment
- If myself or anyone in my household shows any symptoms of COVID-19, I will call all clients to reschedule/cancel their appointments as appropriate
- I have been fully vaccinated for Flu and Covid to help keep the community and my clients safe.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage is one of the most effective techniques to decrease chronic pain, muscular fatigue and to assist with injury recovery.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha involves use of rounded edged instruments to palpate and massage the deeper muscle layers. It is helpful in relieving soreness and increasing range of motion.
Sports Massage
This treatment helps to keep an athlete in top form, increase stamina, prevent injury and/or aid the body to recover more quickly from strenuous physical exertion.
Hot Stone Massage
Heated smooth river stones are used to lay upon the body and as massage tools themselves which helps to deeply relax the underlying muscles.
Cupping
Whether stationary or moved along a muscle/joint, the suction cup can reduce swelling, decrease pain, release fascia and muscular tension. The cups can be applied to anywhere on the body, even the face and jaw.
